Communicative leadership
In this training, led by Elaine Eksvärd, leaders are given tools to strengthen their leadership, handle difficult conversations and turn feedback into action. Training videos, which are unique in their kind, are synchronized with Winningtemps questions. With the help of scriptwriter and comedian Peter Nitschke, we have ensured that leaders learn in an entertaining way, which makes the learning both effective and fun. Each course section includes a workbook with rhetorical strategies created by Elaine.
